Learning & Development Specialist - GCC (Night Shift Operations)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and support daily L&D activities for onboarding and ongoing training.
• Deliver skill-based workshops on customer service, communication, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain training materials and e-learning assets; update as software/processes change.
• Coach and evaluate performance; track new-hire progress and refresher needs.
• Manage logistics, LMS tracking, learner communications, and training completion reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of training facilitation and content development experience; GCC experience preferred.
• LMS familiarity; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; data tracking and reporting abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree; training certifications (e.g., Train-the-Trainer) a plus.
