📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day bakery ops with BOM to ensure guest experience
• Step in to run bakery when BOM is away
• Coach Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew through feedback and support
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Help create schedules and manage labor
• Maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, and bakery execution

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in retail/restaurant/hospitality
• Experience coaching and developing hourly teams
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving
• Thrives in fast-paced, team environment
• Hands-on leadership; willing to work bakery roles as needed
• 18+; able to obtain required food safety certifications
