Senior Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Outbound and ICQA
• Directly manage, coach, and develop Operations Managers
• Own department financial planning and budget management
• Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Provide technical, analytical, and statistical expertise
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs for scalable performance

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in business/admin, manufacturing, or supply chain; MBA preferred
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, warehousing, or PM
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience
• Experience with ops, finance, accounting, procurement to deliver KPIs
• Experience building and delivering operating metrics
• Strong analytical background; Excel/Google Sheets essential
