Global Supply Manager - Contract Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Own Anthropic's CM/ODM relationships for servers, racks, and systems.
• Structure commercial terms, pricing, MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs.
• Forecast demand with partners and convert into capacity plans.
• Manage build schedules and enforce on-time delivery and inventory.
• Lead governance: weekly reviews and exec-level QBRs.
• Coordinate with product, manufacturing, supply chain, and deployment teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in supply chain, manufacturing ops, or similar.
• Experience owning CM/ODM relationships through negotiation and ramp.
• Proven ability to structure manufacturing agreements and pricing models.
• Track record delivering on-time builds and forecast accuracy.
• Strong data skills: scorecards, KPI analysis, corrective actions.
• Cross-functional leadership and clear written communication.
