Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Drive process, systems, and scalability improvements to support company growth, including new
• Own the bakery/4-wall accounting for each bakery location, ensuring accurate, timely results, and
• Lead the multi-unit month-end close for the bakery portfolio, standardizing processes and close
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and account reconciliations and ensure the integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of accounting leadership experience — ideally with public accounting and industry
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and practical application of technical accounting.
• Experience working cross-functionally and handling multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Strong communications and presentation skills — ability to tell a story and not just report numbers.
