📋 Description
- Lead cross-functional programs from definition to launch and scale.
- Partner with Engineering, Learning & Curriculum, and Product to execute workflows.
- Design durable workflows and standards enabling scalable execution.
- Manage risks, dependencies, SLAs, and KPIs for programs.
- Build decision frameworks balancing impact, cost, and complexity.
- Improve time-to-launch and time-to-scale with process improvements.

- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
- Proven ability to scale systems/workflows across teams at large scale.
- Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and drive ROI-focused decisions.
- Operational rigor with clear goals, risk management, and executive communication.
- Fluency in partnering with engineering to shape specs and roadmaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across Engineering, Learning & Curriculum, Product
