Job Description
📋 Description
- Conduct in-home quality assurance visits and calls; identify quality concerns and support
- Investigate and resolve client complaints and incidents with timely communication and follow-up.
- Document investigations and generate quality reports for management.
- Coordinate and deliver orientation and ongoing training for care providers; ensure skill competency.
- Monitor caregiver training compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional centers, providers, and community partners.
🎯 Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle for travel to client homes and training
- Experience in caregiving, caregiver training, quality assurance, investigations, or related
- Strong training and presentation skills; ability to teach individuals and groups.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
