- Strategic HR partner for G&A functions (Finance, Legal & Compliance, People & Places)
- Partner with senior leaders on org design, restructurings, and culture shifts
- Guide calibration cycles and performance conversations with discretion and care
- Operate with confidentiality in handling sensitive data and restructuring plans
- Champion AI initiatives to scale people solutions
- Use engagement data and signals to surface org health risks and action plan
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Expertise in org design and leading restructuring initiatives
- Trusted partner to VP/SVP level leaders; able to influence and coach
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with AI tools, engagement metrics, headcount models
- Excellent judgment, high EQ, and ability to build trust across cross-functional teams
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company
