Derivatives Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own post-trade lifecycle for digital asset derivatives.
• Manage trade capture, confirmation, margining and settlement for OTC and exchange-traded crypto
• Monitor collateral/workflows, IM/VM, and funds movements.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, legal, compliance, and finance to meet standards.
• Reconcile positions/valuations/P&L across ledgers and platforms.
• Use Python, SQL, Excel to automate operational workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years supporting settlement for institutional clients (traditional and crypto).
• Strong problem-solving, risk awareness, and process improvement mindset.
• Bonus: Python and SQL proficiency; crypto-native experience.
• Ability to operate across multiple product lines and time zones.
• Comfort interfacing with C-level executives and external counterparties.
