📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop, plan and implement companywide strategic initiatives
• Partner with senior leaders to develop enterprise strategies and communicate results
• Create detailed project plans with accountable milestones and outcomes
• Drive initiatives through risk management, issues tracking, and mitigation
• Ensure change management and execution translates initiatives into action
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders frequently

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced certifications in project management and change management
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Salesforce skills
• 7-10 years in strategic planning, program management and change management
• 5-7 years in end-to-end business process redesign
• 7-10 years in technology/cybersecurity/enterprise software with understanding of core software
