📋 Description
- Lead client check-ins and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of
- Track deliverables, update project plans, and keep initiatives moving across internal and external
- Translate strategic recommendations from the leadership team into clear, actionable next steps for
- Monitor campaign performance and retention metrics, and prepare concise status reports for clients
- Flag risks and opportunities before they become problems, and help the team get ahead of them.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, including documentation of processes and account setup.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in client account management, customer success, account management, or a
- Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities independently.
- Highly proactive, organized, and dependable, with strong follow-through.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
