📋 Description

• Onsite role with Grab Rentals Indonesia in Cinangka Pool
• Coach and counsel drivers to improve productivity daily
• Collaborate with Trust, Safety, and Productivity teams on compliance
• Deliver training and drive driver engagement programs
• Present weekly productivity reports to management
• Lead retention campaigns via telecalls and messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in driver engagement or field ops
• Analytical skills to diagnose performance bottlenecks
• Experience giving objective feedback (EBIS) to drive change
• Knowledge of hotspot strategies and shift efficiency
• Active listener with ability to present findings to management
• Experience developing PDCA cycles
