📋 Description

• Own candidate sourcing and qualification across 3–5 live vacancies.
• Targeted, high-volume searches via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Identify, approach and engage UK-based candidates.
• Screen and qualify candidates against vacancy requirements.
• Prepare structured shortlists and summaries for lead recruiter.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience in UK-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of UK market, expectations and practices.
• Excellent LinkedIn sourcing skills with Recruiter or advanced search.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for UK candidates and clients.
• Excellent candidate-screening instincts and qualification questioning.
• Attention to detail and ability to prepare clear candidate docs.
