📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate teams responsible for systems incidents and N1, N2, and N3 technical support
• Manage systems problem management, identifying root causes and driving corrective and preventive
• Oversee SRE, reliability, monitoring, and observability practices to improve stability and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field; postgraduate studies or an MBA in IT management
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining technology environments, preferably in a systems
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Solid understanding of cloud services and technology infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data architecture and its application within technology operations.
• Good understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices.
