• Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being

• Demonstrate customer WOW steps: apologize, provide what they want, and offer something extra.
• Ensure accuracy in pizza preparation and ingredient handling per order.
• Manage driver and in-store team activities to meet safety, cash handling, and driver policies.
• Oversee store operations to meet quality, safety, and service standards and achieve targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day (as per store needs).
• Experience in store operations, staffing, and training responsibilities.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and security procedures and maintain equipment in working
