Recruitment Program Specialist (Nightshift)

📋 Description

• Manage full lifecycle of requisitions: intake, shortlisting, sourcing, onboarding, contractor
• Act as talent advisor to ensure quality talent is acquired promptly.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers across stages of contract labor acquisition.
• Prepare insightful questions for req intake and document conversations in VMS systems.
• Monitor open requirements and advise on sourcing strategies to meet timelines.
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports and ensure client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end recruitment process methodology, preferably contract recruitment.
• Experience with MSP or contract hiring is beneficial.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret data and convey market trends to stakeholders.
