• Specialized Blue Sky and securities law experience with private funds.
• Familiarity with Reg D, Reg A, Form D, EFD, and NASAA processes.
• Strong Excel; proficient in state filings across CA/NY and multijurisdiction filings.
• Detail-oriented with strong research and organizational skills.
• Experience with PPMs, subscription agreements, and investor docs.
• Excellent client and team communication.
