📋 Description
- Lead multi-year, multi-jurisdiction audit remediation efforts, collaborating with Senior European
- Own significant portions of external audit processes end-to-end: PBC prep, auditor liaison, and
- Design and build consolidation capability; transition consolidations from LucaNet to NetSuite in
- Review monthly consolidated financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS with proper
- Leverage balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis to keep close processes rigorous
- Contribute to finance automation programs (NetClose, NetCash, NetAsset, dunning automation
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive corporate accounting, multi-entity/multi-currency consolidation experience
- Solid grounding in German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS group reporting; LucaNet or NetSuite consolidation
- Strong written communication; ability to document processes and maintain audit trails; bilingual in
- Independent operator with wide scope of influence; capable of cross-region collaboration with North
- Experience in R2R, H2R, P2P and O2C end-to-end processes; capable of designing and implementing
- Comfort with audit remediation projects and data-driven problem solving; data use for KPI tracking
