📋 Description

• Portfolio Management contact for European Asset Management team
• Monitor operating/financial performance of European real estate investments
• Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Coordinate weekly Portfolio Management meetings with London team
• Produce portfolio analytics and recommendations for investment decisions
• Lead quarterly valuation processes across European funds

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in real estate private equity, asset management, or similar analytical roles
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate investing and portfolio management
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder workstreams
• Ability to interpret financial/operational information and communicate insights
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau helpful
