IT Recruiter – Freshers

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP talent needs in Fusion and EBS.
• Full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing.
• Build pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients.
• Use Boolean search and LinkedIn to identify top talent.
• Ensure compliance with client hiring practices and regional requirements (KSA focus).
• Maintain recruiter branding and candidate engagement throughout.

🎯 Requirements

• R recruitment experience/knowledge in IT/ERP domains (Fusion & EBS).
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM).
• Prior exp hiring for Middle East-based clients (Saudi/GCC preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Freshers welcome; MBA (HR Specialization) with excellent communication and interest in recruitment.
