📋 Description

• As a key member of EcoVadis Legal Team, provide legal support for transactional, compliance, and
• Lead lawyer on legal requests and provide guidance on contract risks.
• Draft, review, negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, termination letters, and customer documents.
• Maintain templates and internal approval workflows; coordinate with external counsel.
• Train Americas Sales Team on legal matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on required actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school.
• 10 years as a U.S. transactional lawyer, including at least 3 years SaaS negotiations.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Strong communication, negotiation and drafting skills; tailored legal advice.
