• Provide legal support for major infrastructure transactions and development projects
• Handle complex agreements, balance legal, business, and engineering priorities
• Support SpaceXAI mission in fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
• Work with global impact based in Memphis, TN
• Partner with engineering, security, procurement, and finance teams
• Contribute to data center footprint growth and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in tech or development firms
• Strong background in commercial contracting for large-scale infra projects
• Proven ability to manage heavy workload and prioritize transactions
• Tech-savvy with interest in data centers, power, and AI tech
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, sound judgment in high-stakes situations
• JD from accredited law school and active US state bar
