📋 Description

• Lead sourcing strategy for software, hardware, and product teams.
• Shape pipelines and sourcing standards across multiple disciplines.
• Partner with local leadership to design and optimize CA on-site interview loops.
• Own candidate pipeline management and Greenhouse data integrity.
• Analyze pipeline data to provide insights to hiring managers and People team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience building talent-mapping and pipeline strategies across hardware, software, and product
• Proven ability to influence local office stakeholders and lead end-to-end interview loops.
• Strong organizational skills for on-site hosting and scheduling at scale.
• Comfortable as senior recruiting presence in a satellite office; proactive with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with ATS/tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and sourcing discovery tools.
