Deal Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own deal strategy and execution for complex enterprise transactions
• Partner with US and international Sales to close high-value deals
• Lead quote-to-signature processes and escalation workflows
• Translate deal data into actionable insights
• Lead deal retrospectives to improve strategy
• Align deal structures with revenue recognition and financial goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Deal Desk/Strategy/Commercial Operations/Sales Ops
• Proven ownership of enterprise SaaS deals from quote to cash
• Hands-on with CPQ tools (Subskribe preferred)
• Strong Salesforce fluency for quoting, approvals, reporting
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS contracting concepts (MSA, DPA, SOW)
• Excellent communication with high emotional intelligence
