📋 Description

• Own the customer journey for enterprise swag programs from kickoff to delivery
• Lead ideation sessions translating goals into concrete concepts
• Curate elevated concepts with factory-direct options
• Build visuals and proposals to excite customers
• Manage multiple opportunities, keeping on schedule and budget
• Collaborate with GTM and Swag Ops teams to source and price

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years distributor-side experience in branded merchandise
• Strong supplier network knowledge from catalog to custom
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-deliverable programs
• Experience owning customer relationships in PM/Account roles
• Comfort with high-velocity teams and fast-moving environments
• Fluent with AI tools and modern tooling
