📋 Description
- Partner with attorneys and stakeholders to turn legal/regulatory requirements into scalable
- Lead and coordinate legal initiatives across Product, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and
- Optimize internal workflows to boost efficiency, visibility, and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain internal guidelines, docs, and resources.
- Review customer experiences to identify risks before launches.
- Help build scalable controls and monitoring for evolving legal needs.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in legal operations, project management, or cross-functional roles.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and build new processes.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
- Comfort interpreting complex legal/regulatory concepts for legal and business teams.
- Systems-thinking mindset; seeks process improvements and scalable solutions.
- Interest in AI, automation, and internal tools to improve workflows.
