📋 Description

• Lead customer implementation and onboarding of Revinate products, ensuring timelines and clear
• Drive project execution with the project team, delivering key milestones efficiently and escalating
• Organize internal and external project meetings; manage documentation and SOPs for quality and
• Act as a subject matter expert on Revinate product suite; advise customers to maximize service

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or 2+ years in Project Management; experience with SaaS, hotel operations, or
• Proven ability to manage 50-60+ concurrent implementations with strong organizational skills.
• Technical aptitude for diagnosing problems and collaborating with engineering/integration teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Google Workspace, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce
