Corporate Lawyer (Legal Counsel Expert)

📋 Description

• Provide legal support for transactional, compliance, and governance matters
• Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders
• Lead lawyer on legal requests and advise on contract risks
• Draft, review, negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, NDAs, addenda
• Maintain templates, approve workflows, coordinate with insurance brokers
• Train Americas Sales Team on legal matters

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited school
• 10 years as U.S. transactional lawyer, 3+ years SaaS negotiations
• Active U.S. license to practice law
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
