• Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Tableau, customer support platforms).
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear end-user support.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administration experience.
