📋 Description

• Drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in assigned territory
• Develop strategy with Clinical Sales Manager to maximize system usage
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across primary surgical specialties
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals
• Train OR staff for pre, intra, and postoperative system management
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for surgical teams and expand user base

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 6-10 years prior sales experience in medical devices
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Team player with ability to travel up to 50%
