📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements to support US and UK-based sales teams
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal and commercial contract advice to colleagues at all

• Negotiate vendor agreements and advise on contracting models, product design, compliance, corporate

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of legal experience, law firm or in-house.
• Attorney with a JD and active bar membership in at least one state.
• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to colleagues at all levels.
• Creative, strategic thinker who can improve processes to drive efficiencies.
• Experience with, or willingness to work on, corporate and commercial matters in both the US and the
