Senior Manager, Americas Benefits

📋 Description

• Lead the Total Rewards program for the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, and more).
• Own US 401(k) and regional benefit programs; manage vendor partnerships and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and leadership to optimize programs.
• Drive cost-effectiveness and measurable improvements for employee benefits.
• Design and deliver financial wellbeing strategies and data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of 401(k) plan management and/or plan assets $1B+
• Deep ERISA, DOL, IRS knowledge; fiduciary best practices
• Experience with international benefits management and vendor negotiation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; executive-focused insights
• Proven ability to influence across diverse teams and senior leaders
• Self-directed, proactive, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
