Mission Support Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and scale Motional's Mission Support org to ensure fleet readiness and field support execution.
• Oversee Fleet Management, Calibration, and AV Testing Operations with cross-functional partners.
• Drive operational excellence, workforce planning, and scalable processes for surge, growth, and
• Manage safety, compliance, and standardized procedures across shifts and locations.
• Provide leadership for staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and data-driven decision making.
• Serve as escalation point for fleet readiness disruptions and complex vehicle events.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years in fleet/transportation/autonomous vehicle operations or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years leading frontline supervisors or cross-functional teams.
• Basic working knowledge of Autonomous Vehicle technology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite; familiar with Jira and other workflow tools.
