• In-house Associate General Counsel for Patent Prosecution
• Support Aesthetic, Eye Care and other therapeutic areas
• Hybrid work model: on site 3+ days/week in North Chicago, Waltham, Irvine, or South San Francisco

🎯 Requirements

• JD from accredited law school, state bar in-house, USPTO registration
• 8+ years in patent law at law firm or life sciences company
• Technical background in medical devices or pharma patent prosecution
• Degree in biotech, biomedical engineering, biology, chemistry, or chemical engineering
• Strong legal, analytical, communication, collaboration skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
