Finance Operations Associate / Accountant

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger records in Odoo
• Monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Analyze financial data for anomalies and trends
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors; audit-ready records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in accounting/finance ops or audit (Big 4/mid-tier favored)
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related
• Strong IFRS understanding; month-end close experience
• Hands-on with Odoo or similar ERP; solid transaction coding/GL knowledge
• Analytical, detail-oriented; adept at identifying discrepancies
• Stakeholder management; able to multitask in fast-paced envt
