Finance Operations Associate / Accountant

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate ledger records in Odoo, ensuring transactions are
• Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals
• Analyze financial data to identify anomalies, trends, and control gaps.
• Act as a key contact for external auditors, preparing schedules and documentation, maintaining
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, and other internal teams to resolve financial

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit, with Big
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and month-end closing processes.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo or a similar ERP; knowledge of transaction coding, classification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, schedules, and GL
