Sample Control Technician

📋 Description

• Receive and unload incoming samples, verify against Chain of Custody, and document discrepancies.
• Log samples into Lab Management System to assign lot numbers for tracking.
• Label samples and deliver to appropriate labs for analysis.
• Prepare bottle kits for shipment to clients and return for analysis per procedures and EPA/DOT
• Forward samples to other labs as needed to perform tests not available at this location.
• Dispose of spent samples and hazardous materials per procedures; monitor temperatures in

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• DOT Certificate may be required for shipping hazardous chemicals within 90 days
• Valid state driver's license to operate company vehicles
• Ability to pass Motor Vehicle background check
• TSA/ TWIC or related credentials may be required within 90 days
• Additional licenses/certifications may be required to support client/operational needs
