• 4-6 years in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or similar.
• Hands-on with CRM, BI, data warehousing tools (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau).
• Strong SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in SaaS/FinTech or high-growth environments.
• Ability to design scalable processes and operating models.
