Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

📋 Description

• Senior A/R and collections in a high-volume, fast-growth setting.
• Manage commercial accounts receivable portfolio and resolve billing disputes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Billing, and other teams to improve cash flow.
• Ensure accurate customer balances and timely cash collections.
• Support month-end close and generate aging and collection reports.
• Contribute to strong customer relationships while enforcing collection practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in commercial accounts receivable and collections.
• Experience with high-volume B2B collections and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• ERP/AR systems experience (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience in energy/utility/recurring revenue environments preferred.
