📋 Description

• Lead BPO and client programs in education tech
• Oversee daily operations and long-term projects
• Manage staff, set performance goals, mentor managers
• Partner with execs to design and execute goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years in service delivery or BPO leadership
• Experience with EdTech is highly preferred
• Remote leadership with distributed teams
• Strong budget and financial planning skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication and data-driven leadership
