- Lead category strategy for consulting services across AbbVie.
- Drive strategic sourcing events, negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Partner with stakeholders to meet business objectives and governance standards.
- Manage supplier performance, risk, and cost optimization.
- Identify opportunities to optimize third-party spend and processes.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years in procurement, sourcing, category mgmt, or supply chain.
- Strong stakeholder mgmt, influencing and communication skills.
- Proven spend analysis, opportunity identification, and value delivery.
- Experience in regulated/global enterprise environment preferred.
- Knowledge of contract mgmt, supplier governance, and best practices.
