Manager I, Process Excellence

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver process improvement initiatives across CLCM in Clinical Development Ops.
• Manage development of clinical research processes, including quality system documents and process
• Provide change management for process improvement projects, including stakeholder and impact
• Assess metrics and measures for their areas of focus; maintain initiative and change management
• Partner across CLCM to align on process improvements and leverage AbbVie’s Quality System and GxP

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent ex-US) in scientific or business field; Associate’s degree
• 6+ years pharma/clinical research experience; 2+ years within clinical research preferred.
• Experience in process management, optimization, and simplification; change management and Lean Six
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; matrix environment experience.
