Senior Manager, Americas Benefits

📋 Description

• Lead the US 401(k) and Americas benefits design across Canada, US, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil
• Partner with recordkeeper, investment consultant, and committees for service, fees and compliance
• Drive innovation in service delivery and personalized benefit experiences (AI/NowOnNow)
• Develop holistic financial wellbeing programs for diverse employee segments
• Analyze participation, deferral rates, fund performance, and plan costs
• Serve as primary POC for non-US Americas benefits programs and brief executives on trends

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years managing 401(k) plans for large populations/assets
• Deep expertise ERISA, DOL, IRS regulations, fiduciary best practices
• Experience with international benefits management and vendor selection/negotiation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with outcomes-focused mindset
• Ability to influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Proactive, self-directed, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
