• Negotiate with third parties, insurers, and legal representatives to achieve outcomes at the right
• Leverage a digital-first approach to influence claim outcomes across the market.
• Work in a hybrid model, with office time in Brighton and remote work the rest of the week.

🎯 Requirements

• Motor Claims Handling Experience with exposure to personal injury.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills in fast-paced environments.
• Data & Tech orientation; comfort using data to inform decisions.
