Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• You will lead RES's accounting function and oversee a distributed team.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and accurate financial statements.
• Partner with leadership to improve financial visibility and scale accounting infrastructure.
• Drive system improvements, including continued optimization of NetSuite.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ASC 606 and project-based revenue recognition.
• Proven ability to build scalable accounting processes and collaborate cross-functionally.
