🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates; recruit and develop talent.
• Ability to move, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts.
• Flexible with shift schedule including opening/closing and weekends.
