Tax Accounting Analyst

📋 Description

• Process tax notices and keep accurate records
• Communicate with federal, state, and local tax authorities
• Monitor tax tickets in Zendesk and keep compliance calendar
• Calculate quarterly estimated and extension payments
• Prepare file personal property tax returns and California enviro fees
• Partner with Payroll and AP for tax filings and payments

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in tax or accounting
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Support role juggling client-facing tasks
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows
• Bachelor's in Tax, Accounting, or related field
