📋 Description
- Define and continuously evolve Reddit’s worldwide IP litigation strategy, aligning it with product
- Oversee Reddit’s global IP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and
- Shape and refine international litigation strategy for a diverse array of IP matters.
- Translate complex competitive IP landscapes into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Advise cross-functional partners and Legal team on copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams, plus outside counsel, to mitigate IP risk
🎯 Requirements
- JD and active bar license in a U.S. state.
- 10+ years as an IP litigator, ideally with big law and in-house tech experience.
- Strong understanding of copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret law.
- Ability to lead a wide array of IP matters and collaborate across teams.
- Proven track record navigating complex copyright litigation challenges.
- Experience with patent litigation, licensing, and portfolio development; preferred AI/ML, web
