📋 Description

• Develop and deliver training instructions for production and engineering contexts
• Lead creation and update of training docs for on-the-job training
• Oversee qualification-based training and certification verification
• Lead new course development aligned with engineering specs
• Deliver training to improve skill proficiency and reduce risk
• Create materials (PowerPoints, handouts, tests) with assessments

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in training coordination, project coordination, or L&D
• NFPA 70E knowledge or certification
