🎯 Requirements

• Florida Real Estate License preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• 4+ years in sales, customer service, and asset management; property mgmt or related
• 2+ years in a leadership role; proven mentoring/ coaching ability
• Experience with sales processes and metrics; budgeting knowledge
• Familiarity with PM systems (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce)
• Reliable transportation
